Our mobile fundraising platform allows you and your fundraising team to sell Chinook Book mobile app subscriptions directly from the Chinook Book app via unique links that can be shared with friends and family via text message, email and social media.

What do you need from me to launch a mobile fundraiser?
Our simple and secure online form will request:
Your contact details
Bank account routing information for your fundraising account (so we can automatically deposit your funds earned)

How do I share the promotion with my fundraising team?
STEP ONE: Once you have submitted your mobile fundraising registration form, you will receive a special weblink to share via email with your fundraising team.
STEP TWO: Each promoter taps the link from their phone to download the Chinook Book app and set their partner id so that their subscription purchase will benefit your organization.
NOTE: If they already have the Chinook Book app, they will want to take a moment to update to the most recent version of the app before tapping the link you send them.
STEP THREE: Each promoter can now go to the More... menu, tap their My Promotions tab and press the “Promote” button to share customized links via email, text & social media with friends & family. Every subscription purchased via one of these links will benefit the school and be attributed to that promoter, allowing you to track sales success in real time in the app.
PLUS! Each person who purchases via a fundraising link will be offered the opportunity to become a promoter themselves, expanding the reach of your fundraiser. They can choose to attribute their sales to another user or to themselves.
Can people participate in the fundraiser without receiving a special link from an individual promoter?
Yes! You will receive a special public link and partner ID code that people can use to purchase and benefit your fundraiser without benefiting a specific promoter. This is ideal to use on your organization’s website, public emails and public social media accounts.
What if they already have a Chinook Book App subscription?
They can renew their subscription in app and have it benefit your fundraiser in 3 easy steps.
1. Check that they have the latest version of the app installed on their phone
2. Go to the Add Coupons tab on the More.. menu and enter your partner id into the "Partner ID" field.
3. Enter their payment information- their subscription refill will benefit your fundraiser! It will also KEEP benefiting your fundraiser as long as your fundraising account remains active with Chinook Book.
What if they don’t have a smartphone?
You can still sell them a copy of the print edition, containing most of the same coupons as the mobile app.
Can you give a mobile subscription as a gift?
Yes! We have beautiful mobile app gift cards that make perfect hostess and housewarming gifts. You can also purchase the print book as a gift (it includes a 12 month mobile subscription).
